How long does the entire process take?+

From initial consultation to final photoshoot, the entire process takes just 7 days. We handle design (days 1-2), sourcing and procurement (days 3-4), delivery and installation (days 5-6), and final styling with professional photography (day 7).

What's included in the price?+

Everything. Our packages include interior design consultation, all furniture and decor, delivery and white-glove installation, final styling, and professional photography. There are no hidden fees or surprise costs.

Do I get to keep the furniture?+

Yes! All furniture and decor included in your package becomes yours to keep. We source high-quality, durable pieces specifically chosen for short-term rental environments.

What if I don't like the design?+

Before we purchase anything, you'll receive a detailed design proposal with mood boards, 3D renders, and itemized selections. You approve everything before we proceed. We also offer revisions during the design phase at no extra cost.

Do you work with properties outside Miami?+

Currently, we serve the greater Miami area including Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, Coral Gables, and surrounding neighborhoods. Contact us for properties outside this area — we may be able to accommodate.

What's the payment structure?+

We require 50% deposit to begin the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and can discuss payment plans for larger projects.

How much can I expect my bookings to increase?+

On average, our clients see a 15-20% increase in nightly rates and 30% higher occupancy within the first 3 months. Most clients achieve full ROI within 2-3 months of completing their staging.

Can you work around my existing bookings?+

Absolutely. We understand your property generates income and we'll work around your booking schedule. We can complete installation in a single day if needed, minimizing any downtime.

What style of design do you specialize in?+

We specialize in warm, modern aesthetics that photograph beautifully and appeal to a broad range of guests. Our designs blend timeless elegance with contemporary comfort, using natural materials and neutral palettes that create inviting spaces.

What happens after the project is complete?+

We provide you with professional photos ready for your listing, styling tips for maintaining the look, and ongoing support. Many clients come back to us for additional properties or seasonal refreshes.

Can I choose my own furniture or make specific requests?+

Absolutely! While we provide expert recommendations based on what performs best in the short-term rental market, we're happy to incorporate your preferences, specific pieces, or accommodate any requirements you have.
